Oh London, how I do love you.
London is a city that is always bustling with activity. There's never a dull moment to be had. However, with a city that offers so much it is sometimes hard to pick the best things to see and do. Here is my list of the must sees in London. All places listed on this travel guide are places I have personally visited. I do not recommend anything until I have experienced it for myself.
TOWER OF LONDON

Built by William the Conqueror in the 1070s, the Tower of London has been used throughout the ages as both a palace and a prison. Book your tickets in advance to avoid lines.

THE LONDON EYE

The London Eye is a beautiful way to see some of London's most iconic sites. Each ride lasts about 30 minutes. I suggest going at sunset and booking your tickets in advance.

THE SHARD

Standing 87 floors tall, the Shard offers the tallest viewing platform in all of London. Book your tickets in advance!

WARNER BROTHERS STUDIO:
THE MAKING OF HARRY POTTER

Let's face it, if you're in London, a visit to Warner Brother's Studio to see the Making of Harry Potter should be on the top of your list.

HAMPTON COURT PALACE

Famously the home of Henry VIII, Hampton Court Palace is the perfect example of how the Tudor's lived. Quite a ways out of central London, Hampton Court needs to be a day trip itself.

TOWER BRIDGE

Tower Bridge provides you with the absolute perfect photo op. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of London, Tower Bridge and its surrounding area is the perfect place to explore.

PLATFORM 9 3/4 : KING'S CROSS

If the studios are too expensive for your taste but you still want to see a iconic Harry Potter site, Platform 9 3/4 is the perfect place for you. Located at King's Cross Station, assistants are there to help you get the perfect picture!

NATIONAL GALLERY

The National Gallery offers some of the world's most amazing pieces. From Da Vinci to Monet, the National Gallery is the most amazing art galleries I have ever been to.

KENSINGTON PALACE GARDENS

Although the palace itself is not free, the gardens are completely open to the public!

OLD SPITAFIELDS MARKET

Old Spitafields Market has been a favorite London spot of mine since I first visited in 2011. The quirky stalls are located in a unique part of the city, slightly of the beaten track from your typical tourist attractions.

REAL FOOD MARKET

If you aren't sure what you are in the mood for, hit up a market! real Food Market, located conveniently  at the Southbank Centre, is known for having amazing food stalls of all kinds. 

THE CHURCHILL ARMS

A pub AND a Thai restaurant, the Churchill Arms is famous for being covered in the most beautiful flowers. It's a perfect place for a cheap meal with a unique atmosphere.

SOPHIE'S STEAKHOUSE

If you're looking for a lovely sit down meal, this place is perfect. Not too fancy, but not too casual, Sophie's Steakhouse is the perfect place for a good London steak.
